Pinview is gaurenteed one of Penticton's finest runs. It takes less than 3 minutes to get to the bottom with a freebord. Traffic would only be an issue for longboarding considering you might want to use as much of the road in some spots as possible. There is only one mellow part the rest is all steep and the corners arn't too sharp.

Old skool twin bowl, on a hill. Slopes downwhill to the deep bowl.
Rounded edges, no lip or coping... but fun for rolling and carving... a laugh!

Pretty narrow run, many narrow turns, several possibilities to dodge upcoming cars. Only one lane for up- and downhill; you really have to be comfortable in any situation on your bord to get down this hill.

Great hill for a day ride. There's not much traffic, just the occasional truck going over to the quarry which is just over the rise, although most of that traffic comes from another direction off the run. The best part is that it's medium decline which ends in a very steep valley section that goes up on the other side and slows you down.

This is a night session hill, but it's also really dark and rough at the top. Luckily, at the steepest part of the bend the road smooths out and glides gently for a couple of hundred meters. Good for longboard, freebord is iffy but possible.

This is very good spot for training. Absolutely no traffic. Practice of slides and speed downhill slalom.
The First Official Inline Downhill championship of Israel (14.04.2006) was on this place.

This road from Arad to Dead Sea. It's very fast spot (90-100 km/h), but not enough technically for the roller. This more suitable for the Longboard, Streetluge, Dirtsurfer and so on...

Sooooo smooth, pretty quiet, even has a regular bus service/ski lift
nice wide (and smooth) footpaths both sides. The roads off aren't bad either (Aldrin/Armstrong/Sheppard).

4.2 miles (6.72km) all downhill, on a private road. Starts on top of Exmoor, goes to the sea. Very Pretty!
This is a very good and loved our spot. Fast and technically, three turns of 180. After last turn you can reach 90-100 km/h.

This is the hub of the city's trendy nightlife. On a Sunday night at midnight though, there's not much traffic and lots of opportunity for an awesome run. Through many sets of traffic lights, past restaurants and clubs down to the turning circle next to the Greyville Racecourse. Awesome! Not really steep enough for anything but longboarding though.

This road only services one of the most hectic maximum security prisons in South Africa. It's very close to the Pavilion shopping center though, easy to get to from Westville. The road itself is smooth, but there's a high risk of running into police cars moving prisoners around so ride at your own risk! There is parking at the top outside the gates. No night lights unfortunately.

This is the road I ride during the day when everywhere else is crawling with cars. It's up in a small residential/farming area called Crestholme. About 20mins drive from Durban. The air is clean and there's far less humidity than in the city. Occasional truck comes past, but the road is really wide and smooth so it's no problem. Make sure you check for debri and clear it off before riding - occasionally gravel and leaves/sticks accumulate after dropping off the overhanging trees.
