Inanda dam is the closest dam to Durban. This road goes over the back of the Waterfall suburb and then down into the valley. It's pretty dodge, because the entire area is very rural and there are cows and goats on the road. The tar is ok, and there are some rumble strips to watch out for. I wouldn't park my car... you need someone to follow!
The hill is 1 lanes going down, and 2 oncoming lanes.
You would also probably attract a LOT of attention riding this hill, because the Inanda Valley residents tend to walk and chill out in the streets. Kids would run after you, people would holler... it would be very interesting.
The hill itself is super steep and the corners are very sharp.
